SwiftyAdmin is a management tool designed for WooCommerce store owners seeking to oversee their operations remotely. It offers real-time notifications for new orders and enables comprehensive editing of order details, including the order status, customer shipping and billing addresses, contact information, product quantities, and additional charges such as shipping fees, regular fees, and coupons. The platform also supports processing credit card payments through its integrated Point-Of-Sale (POS) feature.

Additionally, WooCommerce owners can create new orders on behalf of customers and process transactions directly from the mobile app. This feature is particularly advantageous for brick-and-mortar retailers, market stall vendors, and vendors seeking a streamlined on-site transaction process without the need for extra equipment. Orders can be initiated with a "Pending Payment" status in the WooCommerce database and completed by scanning customer cards or manually entering payment information.

In terms of inventory management, SwiftyAdmin allows users to monitor stock levels efficiently and make modifications as needed. Creating new products is simplified to include various types such as Simple, Grouped, External, or Variable products. Users can upload images to the WordPress Media Library from their device or cloud services like Dropbox and Google Drive, enter comprehensive product details, assign categories, establish variations, and configure sales strategies.

The application facilitates seamless customer communication via instant messaging options—including text, email, phone calls, or WhatsApp—directly accessible from an iPhone. Users have the ability to add, delete, or update customer information, as well as manage coupons, product attributes, categories, and tags.

Media uploads are supported but require additional authentication; users must install the free JWT Auth plugin—WordPress JSON Web Token Authentication—to enable file uploads from devices or cloud services.
